Columbia County has instituted the “Return the Favor: Find and Assist Vets of Record” program with cooperation from the local Veterans’ Affairs Office, County Clerk Holly Tanner and the county Chamber of Commerce. Veterans who file (or who have already filed) their DD-214 form at the County Clerk’s Office at 520 Warren St. are now eligible for a local business discount card.
