A Message from County Executive Marcus Molinaro
Dear Friends,

It was my privilege and honor to represent the people of the 103rd Assembly District since 2006.  It is now time to pass the responsibilities of that important seat to an individual who truly understands the obligations associated with public service.
In my opinion, that person is Rich Wager.  Rich and his family have strong roots throughout the district and I believe his vision for the future will serve the 103rd well.
Rich was born and raised in Hyde Park and attended schools in Dutchess County.  He later attended Providence College and received his graduate degrees in Business and Law from Fordham University.  He currently lives with his wife and family in Millbrook.
